Guarantee terms
1.For any Ebest series products produced or sold by our company under
normal operation, if there any problem exist after test by our engineers,we will provide 1-year free maintenance and life-time paid maintenance.
2. Within the period of free maintenance,we promise that we will solve problems within 5 days after receipt of the returned products.
3. Customers should use and maintain the products sold by our company strictly according to the user’s manual.Within the period of free maintenace,if the products problems are caused by customers,we will assess damages and charge parts fee. Customers should be fully responsible if the customer-caused damage is so serious that it can not be repaired.
4. Our technology team will trace problems,answer questions,solve problems,and provide every possible technological support.if customers can not solve problems by themselves,please write down causes of problems and return to us with products.we will solve the problems based on relevant warranty provisions.
5. Returned products should be packed in qualified and firm cartons so that they will not be damaged in the transportation.
6. Please attached a list of returned products and indicate address, phone number and contact person for double check by both parties.
